This was an amazing campground. Quiet and peaceful setting and plenty of trails for hiking/walking. We did some mountain biking and the terrain offered gentle hills and a really fun circuit around the lake and some of the other pathways. I wanted to stay much longer but we had a long drive ahead and couldn’t spend an extra day. This is definitely a destination to enjoy gorgeous scenery and a quiet setting. Matt, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming. He provided plenty of info about the area and had free firewood waiting for us. I also really appreciated the heavy duty trashcan conveniently located right at our site. So easy to keep the site nice and clean! Also loved that the trails and paths were well marked with signs and a few solar lights around the actual camp sites. Cozy and safe feeling, and an absolute easy pull in with our rig. Loved how well maintained all the utility equipment is, too. Even the water spigot at the site had an easy, labeled handle for open/close. This place is a dream. Will absolutely be back!Posted on Google![]()

Super nice and quiet RV park. We pulled in and Matt, the owner, immediately sent me information on local pubs, diners, things to do etc and then escorted my wife and I to our spot. Each site included firewood and trash can. The property also has a lake with kayaks if interested. At night the stars are amazing. Highly recommend.Posted on Google![]()

This is absolutely the finest RV park we have ever stayed at. The park is meticulously well maintained, beautiful and very quiet even during the day. We were escorted to our site which included full hookups, a garbage can and a bundle of complementary firewood. The site (Site 25) was level, and the electric, water and sewer utilities were clean and in great condition. There's a smaller lake in the RV parking area and a larger lake that is surrounded by a hiking trail with 2 observation towers. There was a ton of blueberries and raspberries along the trails, and the larger lake is great for fishing. There are no golf carts and very few ATV/UTV's in the campground and none on the trails. The owner/manager was super helpful and clearly displayed pride of ownership. Very highly recommend!!Posted on Google![]()

We found Land O' Lakes Nature RV Campground to be exactly the peaceful getaway we were hoping for. The campground is absolutely beautiful and incredibly quiet. The sites are all pull-throughs, plenty big There is plenty to do in and around the small town of Land O’ Lakes, WI. Boating, fishing, off-roading, and hiking are just a few of the ways to enjoy this beautiful area. During our stay, we visited several local favorites, including Bent’s Camp, Cisco Lake Resort, The Burnt Bridge Tavern, and Dublin Sports Bar & Grill. Each offered great food, friendly people, and a fun North Woods atmosphere. Best of all, they are all within about a 30-minute drive of Land O’ Lakes Nature RV Campground. enough for our coach and Jeep, and most of them have a great view of the pond. If you’re looking for paved roads, concrete pads, fancy bathhouses, and all the typical campground amenities, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a place with amazing star-filled skies, tall pines, fresh air, and the sounds of nature, Land O' Lakes delivers. There are easy hiking trails throughout the woods, and having free firewood available was a really nice bonus. Matt, the owner/manager, was friendly, helpful, and clearly takes a lot of pride in the campground. You can tell he cares about keeping the place clean, peaceful, and well-run. We enjoyed our stay at Land O' Lakes Nature RV Campground so much that we’ve already booked our reservation for next year. It’s a special place, and we’re looking forward to coming back.Posted on Google![]()

Absolutely peaceful time and everything worked great. Big rig friendly even for our 2023 45 foot mountain air. Staff greeted up with a helpful text and took us to our spot. Gravel only pads but Cleveland has a great view of the pond. Best part is at night it’s super quiet and not flooded with artificial light. The night sky views were amazing. Would come back here any timePosted on Google![]()

This was a beautiful campground with full hook ups and 50amp. Matt, campground manager was so helpful and friendly. Also I was impressed with the support and community spirit Nature RV Park had Went to a community festival in the town of Land O Lakes and saw that Nature RV Park was a sponsor of the event.....that shows the integrity of the owners. Would strongly recommend this parkPosted on Google![]()

Nature RV Park is a hidden gem! Small, privately-owned, beautiful, adult only RV park in the Northwoods. Twenty-five pull-thru FHU sites surrounding Peaceful Lake. Sites are long enough for longer RV’s and each offers plenty of space between neighbors. Free secure WIFI (!), free firewood, fire ring, picnic tables, and daily trash pick up at each site. Well marked nature trails: kayak launch with 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and canoe to use (no charge), two observation towers, and enchanted forest. Matt, owner, is delightful and will ensure that your stay is ‘beyond your expectation’!!Posted on Google![]()

This an RV stop not a hotel with rooms! In 18 months of travelling this site is within our top 3, if not number 1. We stayed 7 nights and have never experienced calmness and relaxation like it! It in NOT somewhere you should miss visiting. The owner, Matt, only improves the experience.Posted on Google![]()

I love this campsite. Beautiful piece of property, very peaceful and quiet. That’s what I look for in a campsite. Gives me a true Northwoods feel. Campgrounds with pools, water parks, and loads of family activities are fine and needed. But so is this style of campground where you just wanna get away and enjoy God‘s beautiful creation. The staff/owners went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you for a great three days, I will be back.Posted on Google![]()

If you are looking for a campground with natural beauty, large sites and wonderful walking trails, this is it!. Sit around your site looking at the lake and watching wildlife or looking at the stars. Enjoy the quite of nature. Walk the trails to other lakes. Some might find it boring but we loved it. Slept better there than i have in a long time. I love kids but sometimes you just don't want them running around. This 25 year or older campground give you all of this. I've got to say if I were going to build an RV campground this us as close to what I would build ( I'd add pickelball courts). Its beautiful! Very close to great restaurants and attractions. Matt and DuWayne are great hosts that truly care about their guest. We can't wait for our next trip "up north"!Posted on Google![]()

We’re so sad that we’re leaving today. We’ve extended twice, it’s that great! We’ve made great use of the lake and groomed trails, fished, checked out the towers…The campground itself is the best I’ve seen. It’s so quiet, there’s a peaceful pond in the center of the spots. We biked into town every day, met some great people and we can’t wait to return next year!!!Posted on Google![]()

A little off beaten path but if you like peace and quiet, this place is amazing. We have a 44-ft 5th wheel and had no problems getting into our site. Matt greeted us when we pulled in and was super nice and helpful. Sent a text of local businesses and places to see and eat was a great touch. We asked about a military discount which they didn’t have, but when we got back from dinner at Brew Pub (highly recommend broasted chicken), Matt came to our site and gave us a $10 military discount, when he didn’t have to do anything. Highly recommend this place!Posted on Google![]()

All RV sites were very spacious and for once didn’t feel packed like a sardine! Our 5th wheel has auto-leveling so we didn’t experience any issues with the site not being level like some of the other reviewers. Site was perfect and you can’t beat free firewood already at your site. Matt came over to us while we were pulling in and was so nice. We did find the lake on property with the canoe, kayaks and paddle boards if we wanted to use them, but we had our dog with us. We will definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to the area!Posted on Google![]()

My husband and I just returned from a 1 week stay, which was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to add an extra night on what was supposed to be our last night. The location is perfect; quiet, secluded, wonderful and well-maintained trails for hiking and biking. We were close enough to town to bike in, but far enough away to feel we were in our own little oasis. To top it off, the managers are phenomenal, and always helpful when needed. I would absolutely recommend staying here!Posted on Google![]()

What a hidden gem of a park. There is a trash can at every site and fire wood in a covered bin. What a special touch. We spent a very peaceful week here and definitely recommend staying here. Played a nine hole golf course with 4 holes in WI and 5 in MI. We will stay if we come this way again. Thanks Matt for a nice stay.Posted on Google![]()

Stayed 2 nights in late June in a 45' class A. Matt put us in the back in a hugh lot with tall shade trees. Starlink wasn't working great with the shade trees, but the WiFi was rock solid and allowed 2 TV's streaming. Trail system was awesome and the entire site was totally chill. This is great place to relax and enjoy the woodlands and lakes.Posted on Google![]()

We stayed for one night and completely enjoyed the quiet campground set among tall trees. The sites are spacious with wood provided for fires. The camping area is lit up at with solar lights. We took advantage of the trail system and walked our dogs around for almost 3 miles. I would strongly recommend using bug spray before walking the trails. Definitely a stop we would recommend if we travel through this area again.Posted on Google![]()

We visited at the end of September and it was beautiful. The sites are large, and each site has a fire ring with provided firewood! The center pond area and large trees made for a picturesque setting. Matt and his dad greeted us upon arrival and were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed several hikes on the well-marked nature trails, and kayaked on their nearby lake with provided kayaks. Other than the dirt road we had to drive on for about 3/4 mile to get here, we highly recommend Nature RV resort!Posted on Google![]()

Update: this campground has amazing fall colors. It is a leafpeepers delight. Our September stay was wonderful. Very private nature Campground. Adults only. Lots of calming features as a place to recenter and destress. Hiking to Enchanted forest was gorgeous with all the wildflowers in bloom. Kayaking on private wild lake during hike was so peaceful. Host team was so kind and helpful. Matt made the whole camping experience pleasant. His dad has such fun on his zero turn and always waving friendly hellos while maintaining the grounds. Matt helped us find the best places to eat breakfast and lunch and fine dining. Biking trails all so close. West Land O Lakes trail, Agonikak, Three Eagles and Bearskin are all nearby. A definite place to camp for quiet sports.Posted on Google![]()

This is a fabulous park. Quiet dark secluded. Stayed here 7 days. There are miles of well maintained wooded trails with ponds and a lake with a row boat. Cell signal is 0 but we have starlink. Spacious wooded lots but still enough north clearance for starlink. Stayed in site 2 which would be best along with site 3.Posted on Google![]()

Best campground in Northern Wisconsin. It is 25 and older here and that’s what makes it so great. It’s quiet all day/night long. Full hookups and big rig friendly. You add on site management being the owners and you have a perfect place to come and unwind and relax. Free firewood and capable WiFi. 50/30/20 water sewer. Perfect! The hospitality is unmatched. This campground is absolutely gorgeous. With two natural lakes, hiking trails and a picturesque setting of tall pines, it really is a tranquil escape. The sites are very generously sized and all pull through. I only have a teardrop, so I had no issues, but even if you have a large RV, you shouldn't have a problem. All sites have 50A, water and sewer. Matt, the owner, is an excellent camp host, who checks in to make sure you're happy and have what you need. He even offered to bring me extra firewood when I used mine up. (Firewood is included at no additional cost!) If you're ever in the area RVing, this has to be on your list. Just remember to bring some bug spray, it is in the woods after all! The next time I'm passing through, I will definitely be staying here again!Posted on Google![]()

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE PLACE! this campground couldn't have been more perfect. It was tucked away and just begging for relaxation! We spent 3 nights here and absolutely plan to return! They had a garbage can ready at our site on arrival. Matt was very prompt on welcoming us, giving us details, and letting us know there was wood ready for us & where to grab more. There are SO MANY trails. I absolutely loved it. My husband and I took our 2 goldens for so many walks. They loved being able to take many different turns to explore all the things. The lake was BEAUTIFUL! There were kayaks, a boat, and standing paddle boards. A nice picnic table by the water as well. I enjoyed sitting and watching my husband explore the water and my dogs splashing around. We had the end spot and it was perfectly level when we pulled in! All the spaces are large. I feel like I would be happy in any space! Land O Lakes is such a beautiful small town as well. Locals were very welcoming to my husband when he would run in for some supplies, etc. I can't say enough great things about this place. For our first camp of the season, I feel like it's going to be hard to top this one! Already looking forward to spending more time there! I even have my very own Land O Lakes Nature RV Resort yeti mug and a hat to match! I use them both all the time! Huge bonus: WIFI! ;) Thank you SO MUCH for such a wonderful stay!!! We look forward to seeing you soon! (and an even BIGGER THANK YOU for hanging onto a piece of our property for us until we return. You are truly an amazing human & very appreciated!)Posted on Google![]()

Chose this place after reading a review from another camper on Facebook. Checked it out and it seemed perfect, and it was. If you love to stay in the thick of nature, with full hook ups, this is the place. Quiet, scenic, lots of walking paths, the lake is like a mirror and the night skies are awesome! I don't know what more you can ask for, except great service! This place has that also. Free firewood delivered daily, garbage pickup, and great fellowship. We definitely recommend this place to nature lovers and to anyone wanting a peaceful stay. Centrally located to many parks in Wisconsin and Michigan, and not too far from Lake Superior. This one goes on our list of repeat visits. Thank you for a great two weeks!!!Posted on Google![]()

If you are looking for beautiful grounds, RV spots that are roomy, excellent quality hookups, natural landscapes and all spots that face a serene, petite lake with walking paths to take walks and pet friendly to boot .... this is one of the best RV camps we've stayed at. As an adults only resort, we really appreciated the peace and quiet throughout the resort. The hiking trails are excellent, wide and well groomed. This property is a hidden gem. Plus, AWESOME WI-FI!!! Thank you DuWayne and Matt for your hospitality and fun conversation. We'll definitely be back in 2024!! You guys are wonderful!Posted on Google![]()

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very enthusiastic owner, who was genuinely excited about our stay. At first impression we saw that the sites had limited foliage, but soon realized that this is a new campground that will get better with age. The hosts were great, and they checked on us often to see how we were doing or if there was anything that we needed. It was apparent that a lot of effort was put into this campground, and the adjoining hiking trails and available for use watercraft was fantastic. Our site choice for our next stay will need to be a pad that is long and level enough to accommodate our toy hauler camper. We did experience some difficulty when lowering and using the ramp because of the rapidly decreasing grade and non-centered location of the septic hook up. However, this site may be suitable for other users. There are plenty of things to do in the area and many great restaurants. We are planning to return next year. Thanks for a great stay!Posted on Google![]()

We recently got home from 9 days at Nature RV Resort. We absolutely LOVED it and will be back! This was our first trip in our new to us motor home and first camping trip for our pups. Matt and Dwayne were spectacular hosts! Matt gave us some restaurant recommendations for the couple of nights we ate out and he did not steer us wrong! We just finished a week long camping trip to Land O Lakes Nature Rv Resort. This was the best vacation. The campground was absolutely wonderful. The sites are large. The property is just beautiful. But what really made the experience wonderful was the owners Matt and Dewayne. The customer service was out of this world. Matt would stop by a couple times a day to make sure that we had everything we needed. The grounds were so well keep. The hiking trails we excellent. They had a small lake with kayaks and paddle boards that guests could use. We loved the fact this was adult only. It was so quiet you could hear the wind in the trees. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.Posted on Google![]()
